We spent a lovely Christmas holiday in the Italian countryside. The hotel owners were very welcoming and friendly towards us. The garden was beautiful, with fruit trees and beehives, and we enjoyed walking around the property. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with homemade honey and jam. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to take a day trip into Rome.
The soundproofing was not very good, which made it difficult to sleep in if our neighbors were up early. Additionally, although it was a cozy and warm stay, we felt that having a car was necessary to fully enjoy the area, as there were not many amenities within walking distance.

Enjoy tasty breakfast with your favorite coffee, pies, and more in the breakfast hall while experiencing the fresh breeze of nature.
The walls of the rooms don't offer good sound isolation, so it might be challenging to sleep longer if your neighbors wake up early.

Spent an amazing Christmas at a hidden countryside retreat. Loved the cozy and clean rooms with great garden views. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of variety to suit everyone's taste. The location, just a short drive from Rome and the airport, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. loved the wood-fired spa for a relaxing soak. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including ample parking and transportation. The location in nature was peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
